These terms and conditions are set out by Green fox workshops
Green fox workshops expects everyone to dress in appropriate clothing for the task in hand. Please ensure old clothing is worn at all times. Aprons will be provided.
Green fox workshops will use a variety of materials and processes such as clay, oil paints, acrylic, lino tools, printing inks, watercolour paints, pencils. At the start of each course Green fox workshops will discuss the health and safety issues of using different materials and processes related to the course attending. This information will also be emailed out in advance of the course starting.
Green fox workshops does not take any liability for any health effects from using materials and processes on the courses provided.
Green fox workshops does not take any liability for any damage caused to yourself or personal possessions during the sessions and course.
Green fox workshops is a mobile art workshop and therefore cannot house your paintings or work once you have started the course. You will need to make sure that you provide appropriate transport for your work to and from the venue and ensure that suitable arrangements are made to protect your clothes, vehicles and houses.
Green fox workshops will give you boards for watercolour courses with stretched paper on and will need these boards returned at the end of the course. Green fox workshops has the right to charge you for these boards and any other equipment borrowed should it not be returned.
Green fox workshops has the right to ask a member of the group to leave should that person become rude, aggressive or become a danger to others without a refund given
Green fox workshops do not offer refunds once a course has started and it is at the discretion of Green fox workshops
In case of an emergency which results in the course being unable to go ahead due to illness, accident or bereavement Green Fox workshops will either let individual participants know via social media channels, email or phone or will cancel the course with immediate effect. Where possible Green fox workshops will refund the remaining sessions less the cost of room hire and equipment if the course has already started.
Green fox workshops needs a minimum number of 6 people per course in order for the course to go ahead. Should the course not go ahead each participant will receive a full refund.
For private bookings Green fox workshops will need 50% of the total quote given as a non-refundable deposit.
A full refund will be provided to participants who provide a full month’s notice before the workshop start date. 75% of the course fee will be refunded when three weeks’ notice is provided, and 50% will be refunded when two weeks’ notice is provided. If a participant cancels on the day of the course, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances. This policy reflects the costs of room hire and materials.
