Green Fox Workshops offers wonderfully relaxing art workshops, ranging from drawing, pastels and to watercolour painting. These sessions allow the mind to become meditative as you focus on the present, in a calm environment and with a step by step approach from the teacher, clients will feel relaxed and at the end of the session will have a piece of art that they can be proud of. 

These sessions are for one hour and 30 minutes* allowing a slice of the day for a bit of mindfulness. 

*These sessions can be made longer, up to 3 hours with opportunities to work with lino printing and clay.
