Green Fox Workshops is a small business run by Gemma Lane
The Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the services and goods by you (the customer) and Green Fox Workshops.
These are the terms in which we will sell all services to you unless Green Fox Workshops/Gemma Lane is affiliated with another organisation which has approval in writing. You can only purchase the goods from this website.
Attending workshops in person:
It is the customers responsibility to wear suitable attire when attending a session in person. Green Fox workshops will provide aprons but will not take any liability for clothes being marked by materials used on any given workshop.
Green Fox workshops will not take any liability for misuse of materials which results in injury or the art work being effected or ruined. A briefing of Health and safety will always be given at the start of any session where tools or chemicals are used, showing how to use safely and carefully.
Participants can be asked to leave to a course or session should there be any rudeness to staff or another customer or misuse of materials and without a refund.
Children workshops a parent/ guardian/ teacher must remain with the child at all times whilst the workshop takes place.
When attending a sketching tour which involves walking and carrying of materials, the customer should make sure they were appropriate footwear and are able to manage the terrain. Should a customer seek additional help and access support on a sketching tour this must emailed in advance of a sketching tour so that adequate care and planning can be taken into account.
Green Fox workshops has the right to cancel an in person session and online session within 24 hours notice. Should this happen an alternative date will be offered, if this new date can not be agreed by all parties a full refund will be given
Green Fox Workshops requires 4 weeks notice if you can no longer make a course or a session in order to receive a full refund. This applies to both online and in person sessions. If a customer cancels within 24 hours of starting a session or course no refund will be given. This is to cover cost of room hire and materials.
In person sessions will only go ahead based on a minimum of 6 people per session.
Online Workshops:
Online one to one session dates are agreed in advance between the customer and Gemma Lane from Green Fox Workshops and are delivered via Zoom for one hour. The sessions are recorded on the zoom cloud for safe guarding purposes to protect both the teacher and the student. The online lessons will be available for one month after the lessons have taken place and then deleted.
Any disagreement or concerns about an online one to one lesson must be addressed within 24 hours of the lesson taking place.
Online one to one lessons will receive an invoice termly.
The online art club sessions are provided through the Platform Patreon. Patreon take the payment subscription and are a third party to Green Fox Workshops business. Green Fox Workshops does not take any responsibility for managing cancellations of subscriptions or billing enquiries. For any information about this please go to the link below:

The online sessions provided by Green Fox Workshops are for Patreon’s paying subscribers only. Any found material shared without consent of Green Fox workshops is in breach of the copy wright law and legal action will be taken.
Green Fox Workshops has the right to record Zoom sessions as a safe guarding measure for both the consumer and for the teacher Gemma Lane.
If you have purchased an online workshop from Green Fox Workshops directly this should be for your sole use. Any found material shared without consent of Green Fox workshops is in breach of the copy wright law and legal action will be taken.
Gift Vouchers:
A gift voucher can only be purchased through Green Fox Workshops through direct email
A gift voucher is only valid for 6 months and will have an expiry date printed either on the voucher or the consumer will be notified of the expiry date at the time of purchase.
Privacy
Your Privacy is crucial to us. We respect your privacy and comply with the General Protection Data Regulation with regards to your personal information.
We are a Data controller in the Personal Data we Process in providing the services and goods to you
Where you supply Personal Data to us so we can provide Services and Goods to you, and we Process that Personal Data in the course of providing the Services and Goods to you, we comply with our obligations imposed by Data Protection Laws:
before or at the time of collecting personal data we will identify the purposes of which the information is being kept
We only process Personal Data for the purposes identified
We will respect your rights in relation to your Personal Date; and
We will implement technical and organisational measures to ensure your personal data is secure
